The following terms have the meanings assigned to them below wherever they appear in these Terms & Conditions:

One Account Rule: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active lmb88 Account. Opening multiple Accounts — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, or different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. lmb88 employs technical measures to detect duplicate registrations, and any Accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended with balances potentially forfeited.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account will be attributed to You. As part of this commitment, lmb88 may request identity verification documents from any Member at any time, including — but not limited to — at the point of withdrawal, during a periodic account review, or when unusual account activity is detected.

KYC documents that may be requested include:

The following conditions apply to all deposits on lmb88:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in Your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties will be declined and refunded, less any applicable bank processing fees.

• Deposits via local bank transfer are typically credited to your lmb88 Balance within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes during standard banking hours (WIB, UTC+7). Deposits made outside banking hours may take longer.

• lmb88 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds for any deposit and to refuse or reverse any deposit it suspects is connected to fraudulent or illegal activity.

Members may request withdrawal of real-money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed the applicable KYC verification process (see Clause 5).
• The withdrawal must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in Your own name. lmb88 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Any active Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds that are subject to an unmet wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during lmb88 operating hours (24 hours / 7 days, WIB) are typically processed within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays including Idul Fitri and Imlek, or when additional verification is required.

lmb88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are governed by the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover or turnover requirement) before they may be converted to withdrawable Balance. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page.

• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period after request;

• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination for cause, lmb88 reserves the right to forfeit any Balance and Bonus Funds in the Account. Where termination is not for cause (e.g., voluntary closure by the Member), any real-money Balance will be returned to the Member via their verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC checks and pending transaction reviews.
